Current electrical infrastructure: Gateway Substation is within the “Gateway” development area. There is physical space for an additional feeder at Gateway Substation.
Current water infrastructure: Sports Way Well is located within the “Gateway” development area. There are transmission and distribution water lines in various sizes throughout the “Gateway” development area that have the capacity to serve existing and future water demands.
