Builders and Developers

SUB works with builders, developers, City of Springfield representatives and other stakeholders to support new and expanding development in the Springfield area by providing water and electric infrastructure to meet project needs. In doing so, SUB is dedicated to helping builders and developers complete their projects successfully. Before starting a project, it is essential for builders and developers to understand SUB’s water and electric development charges. Effective planning and communication with SUB can ensure a smoother project experience and avoid potential issues.
