NOTICE OF CANCELLATION
SUB has cancelled RFP 2026-16 for Economic Analysis Services. Submitted Proposals exceeded the available budget for the project.
SUB will evaluate options to obtain similar services as part of its next later Management and Conservation Plan (WMCP) update.

Economic Analysis Services
Springfield Utility Board (SUB) is seeking to engage an economist to support preparation of the Municipal Water Supply Element of SUB’s Water Management and Conservation Plan (WMCP) in compliance with Oregon Administrative Rule (OAR) 690-086-0170. The economist will provide data analysis, forecasting, and comparative evaluations to support SUB’s municipal water planning and regulatory compliance. The economist will coordinate with SUB staff, engineers, legal counsel, and other consultants as necessary to ensure integration with the broader WMCP.
