FOR SPRINGFIELD UTILITY BOARD
Sealed proposals for the WWF Back-up Generator project for the Springfield Utility Board will be received by Rebecca Wheeler for the Springfield Utility Board Water Division, 202 South 18th Street, Springfield, Oregon 97477 until the BID CLOSING at 2:00 PM, local time, on Wednesday, March 25th, 2026.
A MANDATORY PRE-BID MEETING for this project will be held at the project Site, located at 2795 S M Street, Springfield, Oregon 97477.
The work described in these specifications includes the following:
- Excavation for & construction of cast-in-place slab-on-grade foundation or cast-in-place footings & equipment pad.
- Excavation for & construction of concrete paving or cast-in-place concrete access ramp & gravel surface finish grading.
- Fabrication & erection of a steel weather-protection generator enclosure.
- Fabrication & erection of a steel service platform for a new panelboard.
- Construction of masonry walls.
- Excavation for, construction of, & surface repairs for underground electrical duct banks.
- Preparation for & installation of various electrical equipment and a back-up generator.
This work is Prevailing Wage as determined by BOLI, January 2026 book.
