Staff has recommended to the Springfield Utility Board to approve purchase of a Substation Transformer be made at the regularly scheduled Board meeting on the evening of March 8, 2023.  Recommendation is to award to PENNSYLVANIA TRANSFORMER meeting lowest bid and specification.
