The US National Weather Service has issued a Red Flag Warning for our area, effective through 5 am tomorrow morning. These warnings alert people to current or developing fire weather conditions.
Although SUB’s service area is considered *LOW RISK* due to our urban setting, we are carefully monitoring the situation and will alert customers if we see changes that require us to take action.
With hot summer weather staying with us for a while, our area is likely to see more Red Flag warnings issued. We encourage customers to use the opportunity to check emergency supplies. Recommendations can be found at https://www.subutil.com/.../power.../prevention-preparation/ or at ready.gov
