A downed wire caused an outage near the 1300 block of L Street in Springfield, affecting about 1,400 customers. Crews are working on restoration and power is back to all but about 450 customers. Crews are continuing repairs and anticipate power will be restored before midnight. Please check back here for additional updates. Thank you!
