Report an Outage

SUB works hard to ensure an uninterrupted flow of water and electricity to its customers. However, unplanned outages can happen. Here’s how to report a problem or concern.

To report an Electric Outage

Customer calls are important to SUB and help us restore electric service. Please note that during a larger outage, your call may be delayed due to high call volume. Thank you for your patience!

CALL: 9-1-1 if this is an emergency
This includes lines or poles that are down. Keep away from the hazard.

 

Outage Updates

Monday, June 26
10:00 a.m. – All power has been restored from the earlier outage north of Main Street in east Springfield. If you are still without power, please check your breakers. Call our outage line at 541-726-2395 if you continue to experience problems.
7:45 a.m. Crews working to resolve an outage caused by an early morning car accident. Power currently out from 37th to 42nd Streets, from Main Street to North F. Based on repair estimates, power should be restored by noon. Check here for updates.
6:30 a.m. – Crews working to resolve an outage caused by an early morning car accident. Power currently out from 37th to 42nd Streets, from Main Street to North F. This outage may affect morning commutes.
4:25 a.m. – Crews are working to repair poles damaged in an early morning car accident. Power has been restored to several areas. Currently, power is out primarily from 37th to 42nd Streets, mostly north of Main Street. The outage may affect morning commutes.
3:00 a.m.- A car accident has caused a power outage from 32nd to 42nd Streets, from North E south to the railroad tracks. Crews have been dispatched. Two poles are involved, and crews are investigating extent of damage. No ETA as yet. If your power is out, AND YOU ARE NOT IN THE AREA ABOVE, please report it by calling the numbers above.

If your neighborhood has had power restored but you are still without power, check that your breakers have been reset. If this does not solve the problem, please call the outage line again.
