LTD is building the Gateway EmX route along Pioneer Parkway West and the construction will affect travel to SUB’s office during the coming weeks. To avoid construction delays, customers are strongly encouraged to pay bills by mail or at one of our conveniently located drop boxes. For a small fee, payment can also be made over the phone or online.

If you plan to visit our main office on A Street, watch the road signage for daily conditions. Over the next few weeks, construction will close A Street at its intersection with Pioneer Parkway West for about three weeks. Meanwhile,  Main Street and B Street will remain open to traffic. During this closure, you will be able to access A Street from Pioneer Parkway East and enter SUB’s drive-through lane. Then you will be able to make a U-turn onto A Street and leave via Pioneer Parkway East. Expect traffic delays and limited parking.

As Gateway EmX construction progresses, A Street through F Street are being closed at alternate times at their intersections with Pioneer Parkway West. When the roadwork is completed on Pioneer Parkway West, a similar pattern of work will close A Street through F Street at their intersections with Pioneer Parkway East in an alternating sequence.
