REPORTS TO: Director of Management Information Services

STATUS/HOURS: Exempt / Non-Union / Full Time / M - F / 8:00 – 5:00

SALARY RANGE: $5,518.94 - $7,169.08 (Range for Applications Support Analyst 1-2)
Position will start as an Applications Support Analyst 1 ($5,518.94 – $6,454.94)

POSTING DATE: Friday, June 7, 2019

CLOSING DATE: Friday, June 21, 2019 at 5:00 p.m.

Job Description

Experience
Minimum five years of experience in customer service application processes; utility and accounting experience preferred.
Recent experience in effectively communicating technical and other information to a variety of audiences. Demonstrated experience in training others in new applications and procedures.

Education
Required: High school diploma or equivalent
Required: Specialized training or college course work in computer science, or related experience
Preferred: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
