SUB offers several convenient payment methods:

How and where to pay your bill:
• Use Auto Pay
Sign up for SUB's automatic withdrawal program and you can forget the hassle of writing checks and mailing payments. With Auto Pay, you can have your payment automatically deducted from your checking or savings account. You'll still receive a monthly statement for your files so you can view your usage and track your payments. Click here for an application, or call 541-746-8451.

• By Mail
Send your check or money order, made out to Springfield Utility Board, to SUB, P.O. Box 300, Springfield, OR 97477 (or use the pre-addressed envelope provided with your statement).

• At a Drop Box
Put your check or money order, made out to Springfield Utility Board, in one of several conveniently located drop boxes around Springfield (please put your account number and address on the check or money order):

You may make a payment by cash, check or debit card at SUB's main office, located at 250 "A" Street in downtown Springfield. Office Hours are from 8:30 a.m. to 5 pm, Monday through Friday excluding legal holidays.
